Specifically designed for health care administrators, the solution consolidates both the financial and member side of claims administration. As an ERISA-compliant solution, the system collects and generates payments across multiple employer groups, individual bank accounts, and adjudication systems to streamline and consolidate explanation of benefits (EOBs) into a single provider payment. Administrators are able to choose from flexible options for producing consolidated payments and EOBs through the utilizing a combination of virtual card via a credit card terminal, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and ANSI 835 for payments and documents or printing paper checks and documents; utilizing current vendors for printing. Member communications allow for options that include weekly or monthly family, consolidated EOBs and direct deposits with E-mail notifications. ddClaimsPay utilizes a transparent, rules-based system to automate and route data and information to providers and members.
