Data Dimensions offers nationwide medical records retrieval, scanning, and storage services, enabling key personnel the ability to request and view medical records with enhanced features. Our web-based proprietary system provides user-friendly access to medical records and sharp images with real-time updates for status and notes regarding requests.
Figure 1 is a screenshot of the medical records retrieval system, which consists of elements to request medical records and track requests throughout the process. A new medical records request can be assigned to different users in different locations. In addition, you have the capability to assign access to users and limited access on rolebased levels, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
