JANESVILLE, WI (Nov. 2014) – On Oct. 16, 2014, Data Dimensions, a leader in the field of business process automation, completed its acquisition of Olim Technologies Group.
A long valued partner of Data Dimensions, Olim Technologies was founded in 2003 and became part of Data Dimensions in 2009. Olim specializes in business process optimization software and custom development. Its enterprise content management (ECM) platform, Collybus, continues to be an important part of Data Dimensions’ document processing solutions.
With the purchase of the remaining 40 percent interest last month, Olim Technologies is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Data Dimensions.
“Data Dimensions is proud to have Olim Technologies as a part of our organization,” said Chairman Mark Bush. “Together we will continue our commitment of delivering highly valued solutions to our clients.”
“For five years, Olim has been a crucial part of Data Dimensions’ success in establishing itself at the forefront of business process automation,” said President and CEO Jon Boumstein. “Now Data Dimensions can make the most of Olim’s expertise and experience, expanding our innovative solution offerings and creating new opportunities for future growth.”
Olim founder Tom Boser, who now serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Data Dimensions, said he’s glad to see the company he founded become a vital part of Data Dimensions’ future.
“With Olim Technologies now fully a part of Data Dimensions, we can use the talents and teams of both companies to extend Data Dimensions’ market reach and realize our full potential,” Boser said.
