DIMENSIONS360 HIGH LEVEL WORKFLOW

  1. Documents are scanned or imported into Dimensions360.
  2. Dimensions360 saves a copy of the document to the repository.
  3. OCR is performed for indexing fields and keywords.
  4. Keywords or templates trigger a workflow based on business rules.
  5. Documents are routed to the appropriate user.
  6. The user can edit, approve, deny, print, etc. the document.
  7. Dimensions360 routes the document to the next specified user and saves a version.
  8. The next user receives and can work on a document.

Replacing paper processes with electronic workflows helps organizations route, manage and view documents across their department or across their enterprise based on pre-configured business rules. Dimensions360 provides queues that users access to see documents awaiting their review. Authorized users can quickly approve or disapprove documents, or collaborate with peers.
